Art Car
The Riding With Us Foundation provides hands on STEAM learning opportunities to high school aged youth by involving them in our signature activity: the restoration of a vintage vehicle. Once complete the vehicle is sold at auction, creating scholarship opportunities for involved students.
This 1963 Ford Futura is ready to become our next project car. This weekend during the Brooklyn Designs event at the Brooklyn Navy Yard students from The Riding With Us Foundation and KAVI (Kings Against Violence Initiative) will be creating art symbolic of their hopes for the future. Our hope is that this vehicle’s restoration creates a bright future for all involved.
